BOOKKEEPER
Position Overview
knp Solutions has been looking after small and medium sized businesses for nearly 45 years. We provide integrated financial, accounting, business and taxation services and advice to help clients grow and protect their wealth.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and experienced bookkeeper to join our dynamic and supportive business services teams. You will be working closely with a variety of clientele and reporting to a director and a supervisor in this full time role.
The key responsibilities for this position will include:
- Proficient in recording all financial transactions in various software packages, such as MYOB, Quickbooks, Xero etc.
- Managing accounts payable and receivable
- Reconciling bank statements
- Updating the trial balance
- Profit-and-loss statement and balance sheet
- Managing payroll
- Invoicing clients
- Preparation of BAS/IAS
- Maintain constant liaising with the accountant and the client
- Occasional visits to the client(s) as and when may be required

Proficient in Xero, MYOB and Quickbooks
